1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Dontdemoit ("we", "us") and govern your access to and use of Dontdemoit Agent at dontdemoit.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. What the Service does

Dontdemoit Agent lets you compose AI-assisted video workflows, generate images, video, audio, and scripts from your own instructions, schedule publications, and publish that content to social platforms you connect — currently TikTok and Instagram — as well as track engagement metrics such as views for content you choose to monitor.

3. Accounts and connected platforms

You are responsible for your account and for every platform account you connect. Specifically, you agree that you:

  • own or have valid authorization over each TikTok or Instagram account you connect;
  • will only publish content to accounts you control, never on behalf of third parties without their consent;
  • comply with the applicable platform terms when using the Service — including the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Community Guidelines, Meta Terms of Service, and Instagram Community Guidelines;
  • understand that publishing is performed with the permissions you granted during OAuth authorization and can be revoked by you at any time.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you must not:

  • publish spam, misleading metadata, artificially inflated engagement, or content that violates any connected platform's policies;
  • use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent the provenance of content where disclosure is required by law or platform policy (including AI-generated content labeling requirements);
  • reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or overload the Service; interfere with its security measures; or use it to build a competing data-collection product;
  • circumvent rate limits, platform quotas, or the intended flow of any third-party API integrated into the Service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload to or generate through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service — including publishing it to the platform and destination you select.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for securing the rights required to use it (music, footage, likenesses, trademarks). We do not review content before publication.

6. AI-generated output

Generated images, videos, audio, and scripts may contain inaccuracies or unintended similarities to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing it and for ensuring it complies with these Terms and with the policies of any destination platform. We make no warranty that generated output is unique, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.

7. Third-party platforms

Publishing and analytics features depend on APIs operated by TikTok, Meta/Instagram, and other providers we may add. Those platforms may change, restrict, suspend, or revoke API access at any time, which can limit functionality beyond our control. We are not liable for actions those platforms take against your accounts or content.

8. Availability, suspension, and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, modify, or discontinue features, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal risk for us or our platform partners. Where practicable, we will give you notice before suspending an account.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that analytics metrics displayed in the Service will exactly match figures reported inside the TikTok or Instagram apps, because platforms calculate and refresh their own metrics independently.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dontdemoit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 100.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends, and sections 5 (with respect to surviving licenses), 9, 10, and 13 survive. Connected platform authorizations remain revocable directly within TikTok or Instagram settings.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we will notify you in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Dontdemoit operates the Service. Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
